As CTO & Co-Founder, you will lead technical strategy, manage technical teams, and oversee end-to-end technology operations across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Leadership:
• Define, lead, and implement Rezyt’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead technical architecture, system design, and development of Android, iOS, and Web applications.
• Drive frontend, backend, and database architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Infrastructure & Development:
• Oversee Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD).
• Manage application release cycles, ensuring smooth and timely deployments.
• Leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance platform capabilities and user experiences.
• Team & Collaboration:
• Build, manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technology team.
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and marketing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology choices, risk management, and budgeting.
• Global Expansion & Compliance:
• Support global expansion initiatives from a technological perspective, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree required: BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA.
• Experience: Proven technical expertise in Android, iOS, and Web development.
• Expertise: Strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, as well as database management systems.
• Skills: Demonstrable experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps methodologies.
• Extensive experience in managing complete app development lifecycles, ideally in E-commerce.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and strategic implementation.
• Solid experience with release management practices and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Previous experience with global technology deployment or expansion will be highly beneficial.
